We check it actually runs, rather than just looking clear from the ground.
Fascia and soffit cleaning
Cleaned down to remove green growth and staining.
Condition report
Sagging runs, failed joints, rotten timber fascia, loose brackets — you get told what we found.
Repairs where wanted
Acorn Home handles replacement guttering, fascia and soffits if it turns out that's what's needed.

Should I do this at the same time as the roof?
Almost always, yes. The access equipment is the expensive part and it's already there. Doing them separately means paying for setup twice.
How often do gutters need clearing?
Every year or two for most houses, more often with overhanging trees or a mossy roof feeding debris into them.
What if my fascia is rotten?
We'll tell you, and Acorn Home can replace it. That's the advantage of being part of a building firm rather than a one-man cleaning outfit.
