Manufacturer guarantees are issued by ProPERLA UK Ltd, not by us, and are subject to the manufacturer's conditions including correct product selection, surface suitability and preparation carried out by an approved applicator. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee in itself.
Quotations and contracts
Nothing on this website is an offer to contract. Prices are given only in a written quotation following a survey. Any work we carry out is governed by the terms supplied with that quotation.
Because we take orders in your home, contracts are treated as off-premises contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days, and we give you written notice of that right before work begins.
Enquiries you submit
You confirm that information and photographs you send us are accurate and that you're entitled to share them. We use them as described in our privacy policy.

Where we link to other websites we do so for information. We're not responsible for their content.
Liability
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we're not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this website rather than on a survey and written quotation.
